Is an Early Check-In or Late Check-Out Available for My Reservation?
Check-in and check-out times are strictly 11 A.M and 4 P.M. respectively, however, can vary by property, and are set to give us enough time between stays to prepare the home for you… especially in these times when cleanliness and sanitation are that much more important!
You’ll find your check-in and check-out details in the check-in instructions we send via email and or platform at 6 A.M the morning of your booking.
If you would like to request alternate check-in or check-out times, please reach out closer to your check-in date.
Are toiletries and other amenities provided?
This should be explicitly stated in the description, however, most of all Goodwick Hosting properties are stocked with toiletries, such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc.
As well as partially stocked kitchens featuring spices, cooking oil, sugar, coffee, and basic cleaning supplies in the kitchen.
What is the internet speed?
Decent WIFI and internet speed are essential for remote workers and all properties are prepared with this in mind and feature fast internet speeds. If you need the internet for work, explain that to the host and ask about the internet speed and any limits on usage.
What is your visitor policy?
If you plan to have visitors over make sure to ask about our visitor policy. In most cases this is perfectly fine, however, there may be an additional charge if the home is already at max capacity or if additional visitors are staying overnight.
Are there any video cameras or security?
Most properties are equipped with Ring doorbells and outdoor security cameras to protect the property since it may sometimes sit empty. No cameras are found on the interior of the property for your privacy. Though, the home does feature noise monitors that measure sound decibels for party prevention reasons… we do ask that you do elaborate should you wish to host a gathering.
What are the NEIGHBORS like and is there a lot of NEIGHBORHOOD NOISE?
Most properties are situated in different neighborhoods. However, a specific standard of Goodwick Hosting is that all properties must be in a safe and noise-free neighborhood. We prefer this given we cater to all types of guests including families and those working remotely from home.
Where can you PARK and how secure is it?
Most of all properties have their own designated parking places varying from ample driveway parking to free curb-side parking directly in front of your reserved home.
You will receive specific parking instructions along with your check-in message.
What are their rules regarding PETS and PET FEES?
Most of all homes are pet friendly with notice AND approval. Approved pets are subject to a $200 fee per stay. Subject to change based on length of stay and the number of pets.
