About Us

Goodwick Hosting LLC is a short-term rental company, based in West Palm Beach, FL.

It was founded as a family business by the father and son team of Sebastian Perez and business partner Eliu Perez (Father). Sebastian, who is currently registered as sole proprietor, is dedicated full-time to running Goodwick Hosting LLC.

Goodwick Hosting adheres to five simple values of excellence, integrity, shared commitment, entrepreneurship and respect. The company works in the hospitality space using common short-term rental platforms in combination with this online website for direct booking.

Eliú Perez

Eliu Perez, and self-denominated Citizen of the World, is a senior engineer and a published author of two books, one of them in poetry, and the other one, a memoir. He worked for two consulting engineering giants (bv.com and cdmsmith.com) for 35 years traveling to all continents in the development of major civil environmental infrastructure. Sebastian Perez

Sebastian is a world traveler, health & fitness advocate, clinical psychologist, bodybuilder & coach, and believer in humankind. And most of all... passionate about hospitality!
Sebastian is an enthusiastic, innovative, and committed entrepreneur - who is equal parts personal and professional growth. Adept in using extensive knowledge and experience in human behavior, positive psychology, leadership, motivation, and business to understand consumer behavior opportunities & needs and carefully curate & build a positive team to meet them.

Erika Pagan

Erika is an Industrial Engineer that has spent over 8 years working at one of the Top Global Consulting Firm and the largest bank in Puerto Rico as an integral member of multiple large complex technology transformations (SAP/Oracle) gaining experience in Project Management and Change Management. She is always seeking new, next generation methods to deliver differentiated outcomes to her client’s most pressing issues. In 2022, she decided to give a shift in her career and decided to enter the hospitality world. In her free time, Erika enjoys dancing, playing tennis/pickleball, world traveling, riding her bike and good quality time with her family.
