As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees the operational infrastructure behind a portfolio of 25+ vacation rentals, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while helping property owners maximize performance and returns.

An Industrial Engineer by training, Erika spent over eight years leading large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives for a global consulting firm and one of Puerto Rico's largest financial institutions. Her expertise spans operations, project management, process optimization, and enterprise technology implementations.

Since entering the short-term rental industry in 2022, Erika has been instrumental in building the systems, workflows, and operational frameworks that support thousands of guest stays each year. From AI-powered guest communication and automation to team coordination, quality control, and owner reporting, she focuses on creating efficient processes that enable Goodwick to scale with consistency and precision.

Known for her analytical mindset and focus on continuous improvement, Erika blends corporate-level operations with hands-on hospitality to maintain high standards as Goodwick grows. She leverages technology, automation, and data to create seamless experiences across guests, owners, and team members.

Outside of work, Erika enjoys traveling the world, playing tennis and pickleball, spending time at the beach, and making memories with family and friends.
